EXCO LLC Concrete & Construction

From Groundwork Through Completion.

Steel & Pole Buildings

EXCO brings site work, concrete, and building construction together under one contractor, coordinating specialty trades as needed along the way.

Process

One Project. Every Phase Connected.

EXCO can stay involved as the project moves from the site into the structure, building envelope, and final coordination, keeping each phase connected to the work that came before it.

01

Groundwork

Site preparation, concrete flatwork, and foundations laid by our own crews.

02

Structure

Steel or pole-frame erection sized to the building's clear span and load.

03

Building Envelope

Roofing, metal siding, and roll-up doors that close in the structure.

04

Completion & Coordination

Closeout details, with licensed trade subcontractors brought in as the job requires.

Structure

Framing Matched to the Span

Clear span, load, and building use drive the structural layout, from the primary frame through the trusses and purlins that bring the building together.

Completion

Building Shells Ready for Finish-Out

Once the slab, frame, roofing, siding, and doors are in place, the structure is closed in and ready for its next stage. Depending on the project, that may mean tenant improvements, interior build-out, equipment move-in, or final specialty-trade work.
